Life is busy. To make bill payments as easy as possible, Members have three options for paying their monthly bills through Carpathia - in person, over the phone with Carpathia by Phone or electronically with Carpathia Online. When visiting the branch, members are charged a nominal fee for payment of utility bills. Members have the convenience of paying most monthly bills over the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• In Person
  Come into any of our 3 branches and pay your bills through a teller. There is a fee of $1.50 for using this method. This fee is waived for our Gold account holders.
• Carpathia by Phone
  Paying your bills by phone gives you the convenience of not leaving your home. As well, your bills may be paid anytime, any day, from wherever you are. Please come in to Carpathia Credit Union to sign up for this service. Bill Payments made with Carpathia by Phone take approximately 2 days to process. There is a fee of $0.50. Free for our Gold account and Performance Plus account holders.
• On-line with Carpathia Online
  Carpathia Online, our secure internet banking site, allows you to pay your bills from the convenience of home or office at any time, day or night. There is a fee of $0.50. Free for our Gold account and Performance Plus account holders.
