Member Services Representative
- Provide prompt, efficient, accurate, and courteous service and information to members for their immediate and future financial needs
- Successful candidate must be motivated, self-starter, with strong member service/sales skills and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team Player with a drive for accuracy, thoroughness and results
- Demonstrated Mathematical Abilities/computer literate
- Knowledge of Infonancial Banking System, services and core products preferred
- Experience in a related position as a Teller / MSR would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Ukrainian Language preferable
